Donations

The Library of ASPETE accepts the donations that enrich its collection and serve the purpose of operation according to specific criteria:

• The type of items
• The topics based on the sciences that ASPAITE deals with.
• The historicity and rarity of the donation material
• The development of the Library collection
• Filling in the gaps in the Library’s collections
• The items must be in good condition.

There will be an evaluation of your proposal and we will inform you of our interest, donors should know that the material they donate will be integrated in the collection of the ASPETE Library will be processed, registered in the catalog and will be available for use by the public.

In case of acceptance of the donation, the cost of transfer to the library is borne by the donor.

ASPETE Library & Information Center sends a thank you letter to the donor.
